NOTE. Annex 5 refers to the financial guarantee related to the framework gas transmission contract. As for the financial guarantee on the submission of the bid/bids, Transgaz accepts any template of letter of guarantee complying with the conditions provided in the Binding Open Season Rulebook. We would like to mention that Transgaz accepts letters of guarantee issued by a bank having a strong international reputation.
