The working hours of The National gas transmission company TRANSGAZ SA was set as follows:
- At the headquarters of TRANSGAZ SA and the subunits part of it the working hours include 8 hours/employee in the time frame 7.00 - 16.00, with the specification that the presence of at least one employee in mandatory in each compartment;
- At the Dispatching department, regional Dispatching offices within the Regional Operating Centres and at the Commercial Dispatching within the Operation VTP Unit the working program is as follows:
- shift I between 7.00 - 19.00
- shift II between 19.00 - 7.00 ;
- At the working units where 12 hour shifts are set the working program is as follows:
- shift I between 7.00 - 19.00,
- shift II between 19.00 - 7.00 ;
- At the Trading Department– Operating Division:
- First shift between 7.00 - 16.00,
- Second shift between 14.00 - 22.00;
- At the working units with 3 shifts program:
- shift I between 7.00 - 15.00,
- shift II between 15.00 - 23.00,
- shift III between 23.00 - 07.00;
- for the personnel ensuring security at Transgaz’ headquarters and its subunits:
- shift I between 7.00 - 19.00,
- shift II between 19.00 - 7.00 ;
- At Transgaz’ subunits (sectors, compressor stations, training centres) which are not equipped with electronic timesheets systems: 7.30 - 15.30;
- The gas pipeline transmission and regulation operators who are responsible for reading and sending the parameters of the MRSs, without the personnel from the offices at the sectors and GMSs, the person responsible for gas analysis and the personnel within the Gas Transmission Department from the regional operating centres who are responsible for gathering, processing and sending data for the International GMOIS Platform, the working program is between 7.00 - 15.00 hours;
- The activity of the Registry Office within Transgaz’ headquarters of CI Motaș Square, the working program is between 7.00 - 17.00 hours.
