SNTGN "Transgaz" SA is a joint-stock company operating under the Romanian laws and under the Incorporation Document. 
According to GD no. 334/2000 and Transgaz' Incorporation Document, the company's goal is to achieve the national strategy established for gas transmission, international transit, dispatching and research-design in the field of gas transmission by means of trading deeds compliant with its scope of activity and in line with the national legislation.

National Gas Transmission Company TRANSGAZ SA Medias inform all those interested that on 21 June 2011 meeting with financial analysts, investment advisors, brokers and representatives of financial institutions, banks, meeting the timetable established by the communication financial year 2011 and sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

On July 12, 2011, general manager of SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA Medias has received the visit of a delegation ENTSO-G (gas transmission system organization of the European Union, established under Regulation EC 715/2009) delegation headed by Director General Organization.
