The import/export of natural gas to/from Romania is achieved by seven cross-border interconnection points:

• Performance of cathodic protection projects to the underground  pipelines.
• Equipped with professional equipment, auto laboratories and qualified personnel for the performance of the cathodic activities;

History

Natural gas transmission in Romania has a long tradition, the first natural gas pipeline in the National Transmission System was commissioned in 1914.
