According to the legal valid provisions, National Gas Transmission Company TRANSGAZ S.A informs the interested parties on the following:
The Administrative Board of SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA took note in the session dated 16.05.2017 of the General Manager’s declaration, based on which he stepped down, on personal grounds, as General Manager of the company. His mandate as General Manager would have rightfully ended on June 3rd, 2017. Nevertheless, Mr. Petru Ion Vaduva will continue his mandate as non-executive member of the Administrative Board, according to the Decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders no. 1/27.04.2017.
