Gas Workers’ Days are customarily celebrated each second Friday of September. TRANSGAZ gives special attention to such anniversary holding a series of events during September 12th – 19th, 2008. Gas workers’ days celebrate the pleasure and contentment in playing a part in the large and noble family of those labouring over the Gas Industry in order to ensure a source of heat, welfare and development. Already a tradition, the events assigned to such celebration, are held annually within the mid of September. This year, during September 12th – 19th, 2008, we shall witness and participate in a chain of occupational, sports and cultural actions. To crown the whole, the celebration shall end in a barbeque party on Greweln plateau, near Medias – the host town of the two National Gas Companies: TRANSGAZ and ROMGAZ, where gas workers and various business partners of the two companies, as well as officials of the Ministry of Economy and Finance shall gather together.

On the occasion of “The Gas Workers’ Day” to be celebrated on September 12th, 2008, TRANSGAZ management and the Trade Unions thereof seize such opportunity to express their warmest thoughts and good wishes and thanks to all employees contributing, over the years, by their professionalism, earnestness, and determination to the prestige of the Romanian gas sector; and last but not least to all domestic and foreign partners for their kind, fruitful and close co-operation with TRANSGAZ on the most diversified fields.
Hoping our message shall trim this anniversary with joy, we would like to bid all gas personnel

MANY HAPPY RETURNS OF THE DAY!
