TRANSGAZ has developed an integrated management system for an efficient process control, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities. The integrated management system contributes to obtaining the results which lead to the sustainable business development and a high level of customer satisfaction.
In recognition of the performance management, TRANSGAZ was ISO 9001: 2015 certified by SRAC, the Romanian certification body.
TRANSGAZ developed programmes to monitor the sources of pollution having impact on the environment in accordance with the authorizations held in the domain. The monitoring and fulfilling of the compliance obligations created the conditions for TRANSGAZ`s ISO 14001: 2015 certification.
The information regarding the environmental protection activity are communicated to the competent authorities through the Annual Environmental Report of the Company.
The environmental information is available to all stakeholders whenever required.
The development and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the continuous improvement of its effectiveness within the Company is certified by SRAC compliant with the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard.
TRANSGAZ attaches great importance to proactively improving occupational health and safety performance by supervising employees` health, providing individual protective equipment and hygienic and sanitary materials, through regular inspections, as well as by raising occupational health and safety awareness among employees.
To ensure an efficient Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the risks, opportunities and prevention activities are identified, from design to operationalization, at all stages of the work process, risks, opportunities and prevention activities meant to ensure the performance of the activity in the conditions of maximum security, health, safety, integrity of workers in the work process.
